Kent and Sussex Gardens
Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Great Dixter, 12 miles apart, are two of the best-loved and most famous Arts and Crafts gardens in the world. This is partly because they are beautiful places and partly because their owners were very famous garden writers: Vita Sackville West and Christopher Lloyd.
Our Sissinghurst Gardenbreak is based on 2-3 nights in a charming country house hotel. You can either follow the recommended route in a self-drive car or you can ask us to supply an expert garden guide/driver who will also make sure you stop at the best pubs and tea rooms for all the necessary refreshments. The tours are normally for small groups of 2 or more people and can include visits to Sissinghurst Castle Garden, Great Dixter, Marle Place, Iden Croft Herb Gardens, Scotney Castle, Pashley Manor and Hever Castle.
